Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via cold calls, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Research companies, map decision-makers, and align outreach with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and assess pain points, buying signals, and urgency
• Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales members
• Maintain clean records and outreach workflows in our CRM (HubSpot)

Qualification & Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: English, Mass Comm, PR, Journalism)
• 1–3 years of inside sales experience (bonus if it’s in analytics, SaaS or consulting) in Western markets (North America preferred)
• Strong communication skills—confident speaker, clear writer
• Tenacity: You’re not discouraged by a “no” (or 20 of them!)
• HubSpot Sales CRM experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Willing to relocate to Gurgaon if you’re not already here and join in 2 weeks

Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Business Intelligence - to lead and expand our BI team. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive strategic decision-making through data insights, foster a data-driven culture, and manage end-to-end BI processes. The ideal candidate will bring over 11 years of expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering scalable BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and implement the BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business requirements into BI solutions.

Data Analytics & Insights:

Qualification & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and other business/analytical disciplines.
• 11+ years of work experience, in the area of Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing.
• Strong experience of people management and project management.
• Extensive hands-on experience of at least 9+ years of using database methodology, data analysis, advanced SQL queries, ETL and business intelligence applications like Tableau, Power BI
• Must have implemented multiple Data warehousing projects from the design phase.
• Should be well versed with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL.
• Experience with big data storage and query engines like AWS Redshift, Big Query & Snowflake Cloud
• Experience with cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to analyze the data, but also drive the implementation of the recommendations.

Job Role

Senior Data Engineer responsible for the technical implementation of current and future solutions in the BI/DWH domain. You should be proficient with the design of database architectures, data warehouses, data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirements with a strong exposure to ADF.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data workflows and ETL processes.
• Work with Azure Blob Storage, Data Lake, and SQL-based solutions.
• Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across platforms.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize Azure-based data infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and other business/analytical disciplines.
• 2–3 years of experience in data engineering, ideally in an Azure environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake / Blob Storage, Azure Synapse or SQL Server, ETL tools and techniques
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Pyspark (preferred).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and performance tuning.

Job Role

Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions. Crafting and executing queries upon request for data, presenting information through reports and visualization on Tableau. Responsible for data analysis, developing reports, dashboards and writing complex SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau that generate insights and provide decision support for our enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations.
• Support data engineering using ETL tools and build enterprise Data warehouses.
• Work with stakeholders to determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI) and develop BI and data warehouse (DW) strategy.
• Analyze large amounts of raw data and summarize into clear, accurate, meaningful, value-added reports and analysis.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all dashboards.

Qualification & Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, other business/analytical disciplines.
• 3-5 years of Business Intelligence experience, having implemented multiple end to end projects from data aggregation, metric definition and dashboard development.
• At least 2 years of hands on experience on Tableau with the ability to independently building complex dashboards, stories, and visualizations.
• Experience in Tableau Server is a definite plus.
• Experience with one or more databases like MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL and comfortable with writing complex SQL queries.
• Exposure to working on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure will be a definite advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics to solve business problems
• Very good appreciation for how analytics is used in one or more functional areas such as CRM, Marketing, Operations & Planning, Risk, and one or more industry verticals like Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Insurance.
