In this role, you will own the complete sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure - while mentoring a high-performing SDR team. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute DecisionTree’s marketing initiatives across North America and India. The role will own marketing strategy, content and thought leadership, demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, social media, ABM, emailmarketing, events and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• ‍Marketing Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy across North America and India, aligned with target industries, audiences and business growth objectives.
• ‍Content & Thought Leadership - Own the content strategy and calendar across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, LinkedIn, carousels, newsletters, POVs and other content formats, with inputs and support from the Presales & Tech teams.
• ‍Demand Generation - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate Qualified leads, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• ‍Digital & Performance Marketing - Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid campaigns, retargeting, landing pages and other digital acquisition channels, optimizing for CPL, conversions and ROI.

• Own the complete lifecycle of Business Intelligence, DWH, and Data Analytics projects—from requirements gathering through development and deployment.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
